Export Replies to Google Sheets [INTEGRATION]

Now you can automatically export replies from your WaLead sequences to a connected Google Sheet—no manual work needed! ✅ When a lead replies, accepts your invite, or is marked as "Interested", ✅ Their contact data and conversation history will be automatically synced to your Google Sheet, ✅ From there, you can trigger additional workflows via Zapier (CRM updates, Slack alerts, Notion syncs, etc.) This enables smooth, real-time integration with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and Breakcold. ⚙️ How to enable it: Open your campaign and go to the Options section. Paste your Google Sheets ID. WaLead will handle the sync in the background. No more copy-paste. Just smooth CRM integration. 🎯 Learn how to set it up → Here

🤖 New AI Variables for Better Personalization & Anti-Detection

We’ve added 3 powerful new AI variables to help you personalize your messages while avoiding LinkedIn detection. 🔹 {{ai.firstName}} Cleans and normalizes the lead’s first name: Removes emojis, special characters, or honorifics (like Dr., Ing., Sr.) Converts everything to natural case (Juan Carlos → Juan) Ensures the message sounds like a human wrote it. 🔹 {{ai.companyName}} Simplifies and normalizes the company name: Removes country suffixes or regional tags (e.g. Grupo Axxa Chile → Axxa) Filters out legal suffixes (e.g. LLC, S.A., etc.) Makes messages look less templated and more organic. 🔹 {{ai.prompt}} Allows you to write a prompt and get a unique AI-generated message per lead. Perfect for customizing outreach with dynamic personalization at scale. You just write the intent — the AI will do the rest.
